Hi all, do any aussies know where I can pick up some road flares, marine flares are about $60 for three, so they are out of the question. I have looked at disposals Super cheap auto etc but have had no luck.

I also need to know if anyone has operating manuals for front end loaders, bulldozers, graders etc. Please dont ask why I want these manuals......

If you have i'm pretty sure that you would have found some store's that sell them, if there not in your price range, and you can't find any other sorces, then you've shat it.

By the way, a quick search on google for the operating manuals you want gave me around 40,000 results, I think if you redefined the search to just PDF's, then you'd find it pretty damn easy.

I wasnt demanding info, I guess I could have worded it differently though, the only reason I didnt search google was because I was hoping that somone in Aust. might be able to supply me with a hard copy.

And as for the flares, would you pay $60 for three? I think not.
I asked because you should be able to get them cheaper, just not anywhere that I know of.

A friend of mine has a brother who works in a wrecking yard. Now and again he brings home flares that are found in cars. According to him they come across them almost everyday, so I could ask him if he could get a few for you.

Boat flares have an expiry date. All applicable boats must carry current flares. If you know people who are into boating, ask around. They might have a few old flares to give away.
