How's this lockpicking "guide" ?

I found this while searching the net:

Sure goes into a lot of detail and might be a good resource for some of us looking to begin looking into being a locksmith... Can some of you advanced guys look it over and tell me if its on the mark?

Not really that descriptive about *ahem* "hobbyist" locksmithing, but once someone knows how a lock works, they can figure out how to open it.

So I'd say its great for beginners.
