I doubt your illness is due to mercury poisoning even with very dirty product becuase u havent eaten enough and i believe that type of poisoning takes a while to get u sick, but i'm sure on that. You also don't need to vac distill your freebase to get all the mercury out.  There are other cleaning techniques u can use although u should distill freebase anyway for purity.  I would take some lipoic acid just in case...its an antidote for heavy metal poisoning.
