Dispensing Ammonium Hydroxide Safely?

I need to dispense a 3 Liter Bottle of conc. Ammonium Hydroxide into smaller 500 ml & 1 liter bottles. I don't have access to a fume hood to do this, but can do outdoors.
I was thinking of getting a small self priming electrical or hand cranked pump. Can anyone suggest a particular make & model #, or another way of doing this?
Just pouring from the large bottle into smaller ones with just a funnel seems like a good way to gas one's self...

Wear goggles, keep at arms length and hold your breath or just stay up-wind. This isn't anhydrous ammonia. Using a pump for such a small quantity just seems unescessary.
