Ordering Pill Binders

How suspicious is it to order common pill binder chemicals such as: microcrystaline cellulose, ethyl cellulose, lactose as an individual citizen to a home adress without owning a business? The answer is probably simple and obvious to many of you, however I am wondering because on one hand these are not precursor chemicals that can be made into anything interesting. Heck, the meth cooks hate these fuckin compounds I'm sure as they're always trying to clean em' out. On the other hand, would it be obvious that pills were being pressed if these were ordered, even one at a time?
