Trichocereus peruvianus price?

SWIL has recently had the opportunity to aqquire young peruvian torch cactus specimens, looking to be in good condition and standing at about 4-5 inch tall, SWIL has no idea about what would be a reasonable price to pay for such a cactus, having no real experience in aqquisition or cultivation of cacti, would a price of about 17.00 UK pounds be considered reasonable or is SWIL being extorted?
