I can assure anyone who does reply to this post that the matter in question IS directly related to subjects contained in this forum and thus cannot be rated "off-topic". its just that this is the most relevant public forum to seek the answer to a private question.

Admittedly it is a little bizarre though asking for PM's but its the only way to establish something.
