Hi Bees,

this is just a thought which one would like to share, i hope some find this useful and if have any comments please comment..

The idea is: would it be possible to use a rice cooker as a steam/water bath as a cheap alternate to the more expensive item.. alls you would have to do, is put a power regulator in so that one can vary the flow of power, thus controlling the amount of heat within the rice cooker.

As i am sure rice cookers are reasonably cheap in all nations
