That roto-vap is the best for stripping solvent and that pH meter will be great for titrating, mixing acidic & basic sol'n. Not to mention access to a fume hood!

But think about it. You are probably going to get caught cooking by a researcher coming in late to check on something. The cleaning guy really has no good excuse for 'borrowing' the roto-vap.

Or you may get caught driving to or from work with reactants or product in your car.

Expect the unexpected. Something is bound to go wrong in the scenario you describe.
