IGEPOL? anybee got experience w/

Its a ptc isn't it? good for getting oils into an aqueous phase or a EtOH/H2O phase. What kind of ratios should one be using if oil/H20 ratio is 1/100, 10/100?

Also would it require constant or initial agitation to remain homogeneous?
