3,4,5 triiodo phenethylamine ?

i would like to ask about 3,4,5 triiodo phenethylamine regarding biological activity. i am guessing that crowding of the large iodine atoms would deform the benzene from its planar structure reducing resonance. also could this compound be expected to be toxic in quantities sufficient to produce psychological effects?
