Synthesis of dimethylsulphate and methylsulphate

I wonder if anyone out there could post a complete synthesis on dimethylsulphate and methylsulphate.

I don't have access to the library currently, so if anyone has it OCR:ed or whatever I would very much appreciate if you could publish it here.
