Is it possibe to make the chloride salt af Amphetamine instead of the sulfate"

basify an aqueous solution of amphetamine sulfate to get freebase amphetamine, extract with np,  and gas the fb with hcl, should do it.

While you can make the hydrochloride salt from amphetamine, it is usually not done as it is very hygroscopic (draws water out of the air). Therefore the more common salts are the sulfate and phosphate. UTFSE for procedures.
