In the process of recrystalizing, solution spilled in water bath.  Will it evap. ok??

geezmeister

Will what evap?

The water in the water bath?
The meth in the solution you spilled?

Water tends to evaporate given low enough humidity, high enough air circulation, or heat. Meth, well, at high heat it melts then vaporizes... can't say that it evaporates that much...

So I really don't know... ;D

If he was trying to recrystallize meth.hcl and it spilled into his water bath, wouldn't the meth crystal out if he evvapped the water off?

Jacked

Damn why the hell don't you think past your questions and act like you might know a little something about recrystallizing. Why the hell wouldn't it remain after all water is just another solvent..
And you fuckers telling the man he is fucked need to read the index page to this site. There is an age rule here and besides that your fucked statement is misinforming, What if he shit canned his dope because of one of your smart ass comments. better yet what if it happened to you?  That is not what this place is about. TIGHTEN UP

Rhodium

Instead of evaporating all the water in the water bath, it would probably be a better solution to perform an acid/base extraction of it all to recover the meth.
