Did you bother to UTFSE? Im sure some fool must have tried to do this before

shake your betadine ,did u notice the bubbles ,me thinks its full of detergent that could be why ur having problems

Learn this now and spare yourself future frustration.  It is not advisable to post a name of an otc product as you did, and in the post Heading. (clutches pearls) Further you will find that if you put in as much time (creating this post and waiting for someone to spoon feed you) in as searching and reading yourself, you will not only find the answer you seek but gain some much needed insight on exactly what you are doing.
