You just frees your mixture and filter off the safrole (or dekantate the polutant off).
Same princip as putting a bottle of wodka into the fredge, then filtering off the wather (as ice) ending op with stronger woodka.

Dude, learn to use the search engine! I see why others find this extremley annoying...cuz these posts are so repetitive!

Also, simple distillation of sassafras oil without a fractionating column will yield very pure crystal clear safrole. Double distill if you really want to have pure safrole.
