I found a picture of a UVS-11 Mineralight.  I got a UVS-12 from a thrift store for $2.  It came in a box along with various rock specimens.  It says shortwave UV on the box.  I used something like it in a couple chemistry and biochemistry courses for making spots visible when doing TLC.
