Pharmaceutical Mixers

Swim is in the process of trying to upgrade the old press room, to more of a manufacturing, assembly line type of enviroment, and I was wondering if anyone has any experience with pharm. mixers.  Currently using a ball mill, and then transfering that to a 200 mesh screen, with electric motor, this is now proving inadequet.  So I have been trying to figure out if the large V-type mixers, or the three demensional shaking type mixers were more effective for mixing your active with the binders, ect.

Also will it stll be necessary to use the ball mill, and sieve to reduce particle size or will swim be able to just throw it in the mixer, turn it on, and then start pressing.  These things aren't exactly cheap ($10,000US), so SWIM would like to get one that he knows will work correctly. Swim guesses he could just get them both and try them in differnt pressrooms in differnt states, but Swim would rather just get two of the same, so anyone with any experience reply, thanks.
