Tryptophan from "smartshop" pills

Searching on the net I found good OTC source of Tryptophan. It seems that some "smartshops" from europe sell it in a form of capsules wich aslo contain vitamin B6 and probably MCC and other stuff.

Any ideas on how to extract/purify?
