DEA are on record as having said "this stuff (sassy) only has one illegitimate use", or words to that effect.

I'm told that Dutch MDMA manufacturers use MDP2P imported from asia in tonne quantities, disguised as various other chemicals. That's documented in a Dutch cop report from 2 years ago.
