Title: Nice little bit of software...
Post by: netdiablo on August 07, 2002, 10:50:00 PM
Not sure if anyone else out there has tracked this little gem down yet, but I was looking about on the Internet for a free molecular graphics program, and found something called ChemTool, which can be downloaded at the following address.

http://ruby.chemie.uni-freiburg.de/~martin/chemtool/chemtool.html (http://ruby.chemie.uni-freiburg.de/~martin/chemtool/chemtool.html)

It requires a UNIX machine with X11 and GTK, but if you're so equipped, it works quite nicely. Sure beats buying (or pirating!) a copy of ChemDraw!  ;)
