Just so everyone knows, do not use Goof-Off as xylene source, such that it contains a surfactant that turns into an emulsion upon addition of NaOH during A/B extractions.

Yes, it may contain some nasties, like rust inhibitors however.

where else can I obtain Xylene ?
Look around it's everywhere.

Don't know if they are a national chain but a "home imporvement center" that rhymes with "blowes" regularly stocks xylene.
Even though she'd slam dunked me I still had backup to complete the end of the game.

...there exsists another hardware store that always stocks toluene. Look around, and you'll bee suprised at what you can find.

Swis used to think that Toluol had been pulled off all the shelves and switched to Xylol because "He thought" it was more readily accessible.

Swis is constantly removing his back windshield to his junker boat of a 70's car. He always has problems getting that damn adhesive residue left behind from the duct tape that holds it in place. Razor blades never quite seemed to do the trick. That is of course until he went to "Vue Tralue" (sp?) Hardware... ;)

SWIM heard that Toluol was removed from some shelvs due to huffing, and can still be obtained from the "back room", should you ask for it.
