"Gotta luv em"

It appears that a major battery manufacturer has really stepped up their efforts on the 'war on drugs'.So much so that they have just recently introduced a new 8-pack mind you of the much sought after lithium batteries, at least down here in the Lone Star anyway for around $18..............Way to go guys!

Pricing remains unchanged.

Yeah, I saw those eight-packs and had some momentary hope that the price might have been reduced. No such luck. The eight-pack price is just about double the 4-pack price. Prices have come down only a little in the past year and only one company manufactures these types of batteries. I want to know why there is no competition; they must hold some key patent.

You raise a good point terbium, although a totally different area it kind of reminds swim of all the hype that once came with the Allergan Inc and how the price of Botox injections would become much cheaper once their patent expired.......Seems that the injections have gotten higher since then.........And yes swim has a few wrinkles.........

Plenty of lithium batteries destined for various applications show up in surplus. Let the search engine be your guide.
