Title: Diethanolamine and Ethylene Glycol Monoethyl Ether
Post by: toofless on December 02, 2003, 11:14:00 AM
Is it possible to manufacture DEA or 2-ethoxyethanol with adequate purity and ease? They are in use in so many products but the glut of information on them is in regards to MSDS and how toxic they are. They seem so common that no one is really putting anything new out on them in terms of manufacture. There probably isn't much interest in them on a small scale production.
