Thats an attempt to brand their drugs as good... because they call all good stimulants in the form of pills "captagon" there, its synonymous now.
There definitely is no N-ethyltheophyllin connection to the primary amine of amphetamine in any of these pills.
But there definitely is amphetamine in probably every of these pills.
