It appears to be a reductive amination. Anyone translate?

Funny that a legitimate research chemical company with funding is so sloppy/ demonstrates poor technique in the methods shown. The "Chemist" in the video appears to be inexpeienced in regards to correct lab procedure.

Same thing happened with a clip of a huge(looks like 1kg+) Al/Hg nitropropene reduction I found a few weeks ago.
