Hypophosphorous acid

Please excuse my ignorance but swim has recently accquired a tried 100% working synthesis using hypo.Problem is accquiring the hypo,does any one know of an otc equivelent or even a way to make hypo with otc products.Or maybe wher can even get hypo itself in Oz without a license.
