There is one concern swim has on this long journey through the sea.  Is ordering sassy oil out'o'the "neighborhood" a bad idea disguised as a good idea or the opposite of that!  :)  Swim is comfortable with chemistry and is more concerned with the legal perspective.

Whats that mean? You live in the ghetto? or sassy sales are a corner shop deal where you are??  ::)
Just check out the laws regarding sassy where you live...
