PdCl2 Activity Loss?

Swim is curious, searching the hive for tips on wacker o2, swim has found that the PdCl2 can be recovered fairly easily when compared to the other wacker routes.

Swim has also read that the catalyst loses its activity after it has been used, is this true? and is there any way to reactivate the PdCl2 catalyst if this is the case.

PdCl2 is expensive and althoug Palladium prices have gone down (they will be rising shortly, currently at $206/oz will rise to 240-270/oz) and swim would like to save as much as possible.

The other route is the iso, then performic route, but swim would prefer to keep the workload low and the yields high.
