Does anybee know the alkaloid content of v. calophylla bark or have experience with its use?

Origin: Manaus Brazil (dry plant material)
Bark:
DMT   0.008% 5-MeO-DMT   trace amounts
Roots:
DMT and 5-MeO-DMT   trace amounts
Flowers, shoots:
DMT   0.185% N-Methyltryptamine (MMT)   0.008%
Leaves:
DMT   0.149% MMT   0.006% Jonathan Ott "Ayahuasca analogues"

Not sure how reliable the source was.
