No. using a requisite amount of H2O with PCl5 will make POCl3 and lots of HCl gas
OR
You could try and make dichlorodimethylether (another formylating reagent) with PCl5 and methylformate while generating
POCl3 simultaneously

You would need a good fume cupboard for either of these.

or better find that microwave P patent and cut up your mom's new microwave oven. i know i did.
