Normality vs. Percentage for HCl ?

Anyone have handy formula or online chart/table for converting between Normal solutions and % solutions for HCl? (and other acids/bases)
For example: 3 Normal HCl is what % HCl?

12 N = ~36% HCl

3 N = ~9% HCl
