codeine and palladium black success?

hi peeps.. the attactive possibility of codeine to dihydrocodinone in one step.... i've  been searching for anyone who reckons got this to work....is it too good to be true? anyone tried freebasing morph and going for dilaudid?
i guess if it worked every cnt would be do'n it...dam
   

utfse..they say,ok.. so morph > dilaudid isn't practical.. due to contaminated product
well swim will just have to try from codeine himself, i'll post results good or bad
