Substitutions
« on: August 24, 2003, 10:14:00 PM »
Swims been searching through TFSE for a while now and has never found a thread containing any lists for substitutions..

For example with Ozbees methamphetamine write-up, is there any substitution for toluene? maybe ether? etc..

Come on all you knowledgable hive bees, tell us what can be substituted and what can't be.

I think substitutions are okay, as long as the substitution has properties similar to those of the original solvent.
