Ephedrine HCl just specifies that the ephedrine is in the form of the hydrochloride salt, occasionally, ephedrine/pfed are found as the sulfate salt instead, but definately not as freebase eph/pfed, there is no free hydrogen chloride in eph/pfed HCl BTW in case thats what u meant dude, so in answer to your question, yes :)
