bisulfite addition to a cyclic ketone
« on: January 02, 2002, 10:00:00 PM »
Any Bees have a guess if this would work?  Let's say it's an alpha-beta unsaturated, cyclic ketone.  Could SWIM add this mix to the bisulfite and get her ketone in a decent yield without fucking with the double bond?

Thanks!!!!! :)  Ch
