Are you stating these are otc, or asking if they are otc?  How exactly do you propose getting Br2 otc. Remember that quote from back to the future "Maybe in 1985 you can walk into your grocery store and purchase plutonium, but this is 1955"  or something like that. Please put on your thinking cap! NaBH4 otc? (Semi)Complete sentences help a lot as well, such as an intro sentence of "can these be obtained otc?:" in which case you would be told to use the fucking search engine. Peace out.

Still, you seem like you should UTFSE :)

Mercuric Chloride? Your best bet would bee to get mercury
from a thermometer or other mercury-containing products and
then make your own.

Sigma and such companies?Forget it. A nice letter-head might
get you into smaller chemical suppliers, but those mega-corps
would check you so bad.. Why can't you try smaller companies?
