chromic question
« on: October 04, 2004, 10:02:00 AM »
Greets beez, just a quick one regarding the use of the  hexavalent chrome salts as oxidizers...  Would regular ol' chromic aka chromium oxide be considered in the +6 oxidation state? If so, would someone mind giving the ratio (say, in one-tenth mole size) for Cr2O3 and the oxidation of racephedrine hcl? MUCH THANKS!
