Title: liquid ring vacuum pumps/compressors
Post by: Organikum on April 24, 2003, 04:44:00 PM
I am searching for information (including plans/drawings) on liquid ring pumps on a non-industrial scale.

example of industrial:

Patent US6354808 (http://l2.espacenet.com/dips/viewer?PN=US6354808&CY=gb&LG=en&DB=EPD)

Any information on this welcome. It´s the idea of a not to hard to build (or cheap to get) vacuuum pump/compressor, small and not to heavy with enough sucktion/vacuum and also pressure if needed for most popular applications here.

(I have several aspirators, I had an excellent Leybold rotary vane - 60kg heavy, I can handle a screwdriver, It has not to be "ghetto", I am after liquid ring now nothing else. thanks for staying on topic   :) )
