Another Q 4 u,
After adding Chlorobenzonitrile to the reaction mixture from a Grignard reagent prepped from cyclopentyl bromide and magnesium, what is the resultant compound which has to now be hydrolised.
Thank you again

Hydrolize then as a Ketone or Imide?

Once again thank you for your help, Rhodium

Mix it with dilute HCl and if needed, reflux it. This will form the o-chlorophenyl cyclopentyl ketone.
