SWIM lives in Canada and BZP is completely legal here. SWIM wants to try it. Is it commercially available? What is it used for?

SWIM wants to call canadian chem companies, but he wants to be informed about the chemical first.

It´s just another synthetic precursor used to make something which has a pierazine ring in the molecule.
