This question isn't an easy one to get an answer to. Although the answer is in TFSE, it's buried. I'll do a quick write-up:

Add 1 mol 2C-H & 0.5L AcOH in a flask. To another flask add 1.2L AcOH, 0.4L water, 118g H2SO4 (1.2mol), 142g KBr (1.2mol) & 58.3g 35% H2O2 (0.6mol). The KBr / H2SO4 / water / AcOH solution will turn from colorless solution to a golden orange-red solution on addition of H2O2 and will pick up the smell of something resembling bleach. Cool freebase in an ice-bath, drip in the Br2 solution. Then drip in 58.3g 35% H2O2 (0.6mol). Work up as usual and get your product.

The overall reaction is:

2C-H + H2O2 + KBr + H+ ==> 2C-B + 2 H2O + K+

I hate to say it, but quite honestly, if you have to ask these questions I doubt you'll be able to have enough know-how to obtain the precursors and complete the reaction as simple as it may be.

Good luck ... and KEEP STUDYING!!!
