Errors in Mike V. Smith's MDA formula

Swim is quite interested in the MDA synth. given on page 79 in "Psychedelic Chemistry". Swim has also done his homework on this synth. by taking the time to find any flaws or quirky shit that my cause Swim trouble when it comes time to cook.  So this is what Swim found..
First, is after the formation of 3,4methlenedioxybenzyl-methyl ketone(20 g) its says to add the foramide and 100ml of H2O2<- this is not right according to a post Swim read, according to the post it should be 100ml of water not hydrogen peroxide.
Second, just after the part Swim just mentioned it says add 57mL of %15 HCL<- this is also supposed to be wrong. A post from the same guy says it's supposed to be 75mL HCL.
So whats up?? Is this true?? Are there any more typo's or misinformation in this synth.
