I mentioned that they were using RP to dope semi-conductors a long, long time ago on this board.  No one was interested.

Why don't you start a semiconductor company as a front, then order RP by the kilo?  Now that I think about it, HI is used to etch some kinds of semiconductors.  Think of all the crystal you could make, and DEA agents would go "By golly, he's got a semiconductor company.  He must not be making meth--no point in even raiding them, since they're totally legit."  Then you just crank out the crank.  Try it!  I'm sure you won't get busted!
