While visiting the Hyperlab I ran into

(Chemister: "íîâèíêè", Russian HyperLab) a post where some books are uploaded , and to my surprise found on the update index there 22.07.2004 the whole set of Organic Syntheses vol.1-79 in a djvu format. This covers from 1921-2002. this is the direct link

Organic Syntheses  volumes are indeed in English..........java
