Title: What does C & F mean?
Post by: TheBlindGenius on September 16, 2002, 12:37:00 PM
Swim had his Indian girlfriend contact a company in India on importing a certain unscheduled but watched chemical.  The price quote they faxed over to her says $1000 per kg C&F USA.  Does that mean shipping is included or not included?  If it isn't, how much would it be probably?  In the hundreds or thousands?
Title: cost and freight

cost and freight

edit:
C&F - Cost and Freight
C&F Named Port - Cost and freight. All costs of goods and transportation to the named port are included in the price quoted. Buyer pays insurance while aboard ship up to overseas inland destination.

So yes, shipping is included.
