SWIM knows of an OTC product with the following ingredients:
Butyl Acetate, Ethyl Acetate, Isopropyl Alcohol, Butyrolactone, Dibutyl Adipate, Citrus Dulcis, Cl 26100 (D&C #17).
He thinks it would be possible to simply add NaOHÂ to turn the GBL into NaGHB salt, then boil off the rest of the stuff. Does anyone have any comments?

ethyl acetate and butyl acetate will become ethanol resp. butanol and NaOAc.
chemistry 101.

Where do I get info on citrus dilcis and D&C 17 so it can be pulled off of butyrolactone.
