When swim took 15 boxes 50 count. He added acetone and denatured alchol to mix let soak.  got back good results however on mixture is still holding alot of rp in the rest is gooey red trying to dry i suppose would the best idea be to go ahead an through some muratic acid on what swim has and find another sovent to get the red off the other strips sitting in the alcohol/acetone,

Try More Alc first

More alcohol should help. It can sometimes get saturated with the glue. Acetone may help soften the glue but it won't suck it up like the alc will.

I think Methanol is the quicker dissolver of the alcs concerning this type of glue if you can get it. Warming it a bit can help quicken the process too but always excercise extreme caution when applying heat to any alcohols. I'm sure you know they are explosively flammable as is acetone.

Some good shaking will usually loosen the red if that's not been tried already.
