This from well known large auction site.

Ammonia Gas Experimenters Kit 1000 LITERS+!!!
This kit includes that chemicals needed to make ammonia or anhydrous ammonia, and the directions for doing so.  It does not contain any of the glassware required. Includes is:
·   4 Pounds Sodium Hydroxide
·   5 Pounds Ammonium Chloride
·   3 Pounds Soda Lime
·   Instructions for use
Notice: The use, Misuse, and disposal of these products is at the sole risk of the buyer. By bidding on this item, YOU (the Buyer) takes full responsibility for these items, and agrees to hold the seller and Ebay harmless for the application of this information, and materials.
Production of Anhydrous Ammonia Gas
Equation for the Reaction:
NH4Cl + NaOH > NH3 + NaCl + H2O
Chemical   Formula Weight
NH4Cl   53.50
NaOH   40.01
NH3   17.03
NaCl   58.45
H2O   18.016
Solubility of Ammonium Chloride (endothermic):
Temperature   Solubility in Water (Weight / Weight)
0 Degrees Celsius   22.9%
15 Degrees Celsius   26.0%
25 Degrees Celsius   28.3%
80 Degrees Celsius   39.6%
Theoretically:
100 Grams of NaOH would require:
133 Grams of Ammonium Chloride (in a saturated solution)
To generate:
43 Grams of ammonia gas (One liter of gas weighs 0.7714 STP)
Or 55 liters of ammonia gas.
Note: Actual yields are less than theoretical yields.
Chemicals Required:
Ammonium Chloride
Sodium Hydroxide
Soda Lime (optional, to dry the ammonia gas, for use in reactions)
Hydrochloric Acid (optional, to visually demonstrate the ammonia production.)

Forgive me if i'm being naive, but how does one condense the gas to liquid without an ice bath???
Looks a little suss to me.
Swio has her own tank and is a bircher with mucho experience and understands the need for an ice bath.
From looking at this pic., you would want to have a good mask and goggles to be anywhere near this set up.

More like a rotten zagnut bar. I donr birch, though not for lack of wanting to try it out. It's just a reaction where a hands on run one time is preferred to a "just try it out", attitude.

Thats how people get burnt, I mean hurt.
