Cheese find crystalization very interesting. It's so cool the way free bases can be crystalized by different acids to yield the same drug but with a different nature. Cheese knows hydrochlorides are made via HCl, Sulphates are made via H2SO4, and phosphates are made via Phosphoric acid . So what other acids will work to crystalize with? Nitrate via Nitric acid?

Nitric acid may well oxidise the freebase !
Or you may get explosive meth !

That shit would ROCK! Or Meth Formate using formic acid. Poisonous?

Theoretically, any acid that will readily donate a proton to the amine group, to form the ammonium ion, will crystallize when removed from solvation.
Things to think about:
Acetate
Nitrate
Hydrobromide
Hydroiodide
Lactate
g-Hydroxybutyrate
a-Lipoate
Ascorbate
Tartrate
Citrate

Sure, if you only want to ingest under one milligram of methamphetamine, why not? :P

I can remember FMAN once saying that amphetamine formate is as potent as methamphetamine, wonder if there is any truth in that ?
